Interim Pastor

Derald Harris

Derald is an experienced interim pastor and denominational leader. He is the Vice President, Public Relations, of Missouri Baptist Children’s Home. He spent most of his professional career working at three Baptist Colleges (Southwest Baptist University, Union University and Louisiana College) before joining the MBCH staff in 2000. Derald began pastoring as a 17-year-old high school senior and has served as bi-vocational or interim pastor of numerous churches in Missouri, Tennessee and Louisiana. Minister of Music

Dr. Richard Bell

Dr. Bell brings a wealth of experience as the Minister of Music at Winstanley Baptist Church.  Currently, he is director of choral activities for Ritenour High School in Overland, MO, and has been on the faculties of Missouri State College and Southern Arkansas University. Concurrent with those experiences, he has served local congregations in Missouri, Michigan, and Arkansas as director of musical ministries. He has been actively involved in church music since his first year in college.

Fielding Poe

Fielding was raised in Ballwin, MO and came to Winstanley Baptist Church in 2016.  He is married to Alison, and they have one daughter, Audrey.  Fielding has several years of experience as a high school teacher.  He is excited to use his background with students and his love for teaching to lead the youth and education ministries at Winstanley.   He earned his Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Carol Thorn

Carol has worked at Winstanley since 1983. She and her husband David have a daughter, Amy, son-in-law, Doug and four grandchildren.  Her interests include movies, baking and sewing.
Organist

Nancy Lawrence

Nancy is a talented organist and substitute pianist and helps with Children’s Choir.  She has a BA degree in Music Education from Asbury College, Wilmore, KY .  After teaching music in public school for 15 years Nancy went back to school to become a Registered Nurse.
